Sign Your Waiver

Participation in barre and group fitness classes at Barre Montana involves physical exertion and inherent risks, including muscle strain, falls, and other injuries. I confirm that I am in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, and I release Barre Montana, its owners, instructors, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my participation in any class, event, or use of the studio, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I agree to follow all studio safety instructions and instructor guidance. I understand that the 6:00 a.m. class must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance, and all other classes at least 4 hours in advance; cancellations inside those windows incur a $10 cancellation fee. This waiver applies to all classes and events I attend at Barre Montana.
