The terms and conditions for using Barre MT's website and services.

By accessing or using barremontana.com, our booking system, or our studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days' written notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Class packages and drop-in passes are non-refundable. Unused classes expire according to the terms of the package purchased.
Founding member rates are locked for the lifetime of an active membership. If a founding membership is cancelled, the locked rate cannot be reinstated.
Class spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Members may book up to 30 days in advance (45 days for founding members).
To cancel a class without penalty, you must do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of that class credit for members, or the full drop-in fee for non-members.
Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled or rescheduled. In such cases, affected bookings will be credited or refunded.
All participants are expected to follow instructor guidance, respect fellow members, and maintain a safe environment. Barre MT reserves the right to refuse service or revoke membership for conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful.
You participate in classes at your own risk. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program. Inform your instructor of any injuries or conditions that may affect your practice.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and class choreography — is the property of Barre MT and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
Barre MT is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of our services, except where prohibited by law. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the class or membership in question.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
